Refund Policy: We want you to love this program and get tremendous success from it! We believe if you do the work and put everything we have taught you in action, you will make back the price of the program within 6 months. In order to request a refund, here is what you must do: You must complete all of the work assigned in the 9 Build a REAL Business action emails and mastery sheets, and also do in depth sales conversations with real people. You must prove that you’ve had at least 10 sales conversations with real potential clients (not friends or family), + 2 practice conversations, using everything we’ve taught you in the program, and that those sales conversations have not resulted in sales equaling the price of the BARB Program.

If you submit all of your homework from all of the mastery sheets, and a detailed log of your 10 conversations via email before 6 months from date of purchase are complete, then we will happily refund you, no questions asked. We put a tremendous amount of work and attention into this program, and expect you to do the same. Please do not join this program unless you are serious about finishing it.

After 6 months no refunds will be issued, because at some point you have to commit! Finally, we reserve the right to remove you from the program and withhold a refund if you negatively impact someone else's experience, share confidential material produced by Coach Pony or other students, or participate in bad faith.
